How I Work

My work is integrative. I do not apply one method to every person, I work with the whole system.
I draw from several therapeutic and coaching approaches, each addressing different layers of emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and personal development. Depending on what you are navigating, I recommend the approach that best supports the work at that stage.
