Integrative Talk Therapy provides a structured, supportive space to explore thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and relational patterns that influence daily life. My work is informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) while drawing from the other modalities in my pool.
CBT is based on the understanding that thoughts, emotions, and behaviours are
interconnected. By becoming aware of unhelpful thinking patterns and behavioural responses,
clients can begin to regulate emotional reactions and respond to life more consciously.
