I’ve worked with individuals to shift the mental, emotional, and subconscious patterns that shape how we think, relate, decide, and live.
My work sits at the intersection of therapy, coaching, deep subconscious rewiring, and intergenerational trauma unraveling. I support clients through structured, integrative work that addresses both present-day challenges and the deeper roots beneath them. Before transitioning fully into this field, I spent 7 years in the corporate world across recruitment, communications, and the advertising sector.
I was known for my ability to intuitively read people and systems, anticipate challenges, hold responsibility, and step into whatever role was needed to keep things moving. I was perceptive, dependable, driven, and deeply committed. These qualities served me professionally, but often at a personal cost.
I burned out.
Corporate burnout became the defining turning point in my journey.
It surfaced through declining physical health, chronic pain, emotional exhaustion, loss of clarity,
and a growing disconnection from myself.
I was caught in the cycle of doing more, being more, and proving more, without boundaries,
self-worth, or a grounded relationship with myself. As a parentified daughter and lifelong “hero
child,” I had learned early to carry responsibility, fill gaps in every system I entered, and keep
going regardless of the cost.
When my physical health gave way, it became undeniable that this way of living was no longer
sustainable.
My first real experience of therapy was Systemic Family Constellation work. It defied logic, and yet it worked. Through this modality, I experienced profound healing, including a reversal of a degenerating, medically unexplained health condition. Looking back, this was a pivotal turning point in my journey. It disrupted the status quo and opened my eyes to therapy, healing, and the subconscious in an entirely new way.
I committed to my own 1:1 therapeutic journey, a process I’ve continued for nearly 12 years, and began formal training shortly after leaving my corporate role. What started as burnout led to personal healing and eventually became a professional calling.
Over the next four years, I completed accredited, KHDA-approved trainings in:
Each modality deepened my understanding of the human mind, nervous system regulation, inherited patterns, and the unseen forces that shape our behaviour, health, and relationships.
What shifted for me wasn’t just mindset. It was regulation, self-awareness, and a deep understanding of why I do what I do. I learned how to work with my nature instead of fighting it, and how to meet the darker, unspoken parts of myself with honesty rather than suppression.
That integration changed everything.
